Each stick has 8g of functional sugar and 35 calories. Enough to support the body's natural processes, not enough to taste like a treat. It's there on purpose, not as filler.

Yes, you can enjoy multiple sticks throughout the day. If you'd rather have more sodium in a single serving, every box includes an 'Hydration, Your Way' guide on the side of your box so you can customize your mix.
