  • Products & Use: Our drink mixes are intended for healthy adults as a convenient hydration beverage.

  • Orders & Payments: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud.

  • Intellectual Property: All logos, trademarks, and content are the property of Optimal Hydration™.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products or website.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States.

  • Promotional Offers: Offers, including email signup discounts, are one-time use, non-transferable, valid for first-time purchases only unless otherwise stated, and subject to change or expiration. For example, the 15% off email sign-up form gives customers 15% off of their first order (one-time purchase) but this 15% is only applied if their email is still in the system. So if the customer were to sign-up, unsubscribe, and then try and use the email % off then the % off wouldn't apply because their email would no longer be within the system for it to recognize.
